REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means Customers have 14 days after receiving item to request a return of the product they have bought.

PROCESS OF REFUND AND RETURN

To be able to work out a Return Policy successfully, customers will need to email at support@frolicone.com with SUBJECT line as REFUND OF THE PRODUCT.

The Product will be eligible for REFUND/RETURN if it is in the same condition as it was when received. Customer will need to also Attach the Proof of Purchase in the email when they send REFUND email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGED OR TORN OR ANY OTHER ISSUES

We request all the customers to please inspect all the Products they receive thoroughly, check if the product is damaged, defective, is received in bad condition or if a different product is received from what was ordered or in case of any other issues, email/inform us immediately at support@frolicone.com so we can inspect and evaluate their issue and solve our customers problems.

EXCEPTIONS OR REFUND/RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICIES:
  • If return request is made after 7 days, then no refund or return will be made.
  • If the Product is received damaged / torn, then the customers would have to send us the unboxing video as a valid proof.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payments only.
  • If the product is delivered as per the order made and is not in damaged condition, then no refund or return will be made (Customers would have to send us the unboxing video as a valid proof)
